Healthy Eating!!

We have to eat a balanced diet in order to be healthy.Most people like to eat unhealthy food like.. chicken wings,cookies,sweets and all kinds of fried food.If we eat more fruits and vegetables we will not have any types of illness. i like to eat fruits and vegetables like honey dew,water melon,banana and apples! I think it is important that children and adult must eat healthy vegetable and fruits so that we can be more healthy.
